High-tenacity polypropylene multifilament yarn is manufactured by combining multiple continuous filaments to produce a strong, flexible and uniform yarn. It provides excellent tensile strength, controlled elongation, consistent denier and smooth processing performance, making it suitable for demanding industrial and load-bearing applications. At Polycore Fab LLP, multifilament yarn is produced under controlled manufacturing conditions to maintain consistency in strength, elongation, colour, twist and winding quality. Our in-house production gives us complete control over the quality of the yarn used in FIBC lifting loops, webbing and reinforcement components, helping ensure reliable bag performance and uniform product quality. The yarn can be customized according to the required denier, colour, twist level, strength and end-use application. UV-stabilized grades are also available for products that may be exposed to sunlight during handling, transportation or storage.
